This 8 week online course will assist you to navigate the emotional overwhelm of uncertainty; reset, restore and recharge so that you can align with the innate power - to rise with newfound purpose, power and sacred feminine wisdom. You will clarify what Resiliency is; and what it is not. This course is completely unique as it offer a different perspective on resiliency. In my opinion the traditional teachings is built on toxic masculine principles of hardiness, shutting down emotion, pushing through exhaustion, numbing out, bypassing reality and stunting emotional literacy. We no longer have this luxury of shutting down and carrying on regardless. In the precedented times, the call for courage is to cultivate resilience through sacred feminine wisdom - to re-discover ancient wisdom, the power of the soft centre of the feminine, compassion, innovation and heart-centred living. We’ll explore the characteristics and skillsets of civilisations through war, women change makers, grandmother war survivors, and nature’s innate ability to thrive through adversity. The truth is that we descend from a long matri-lienage of resilient women who survived (and thrived) through witch hunts, wars, political over-throws, Women who supported each other found a courageous way through it. This 8 week course is filled with inspiring resiliency skills & tools, sacred feminine practices, and ancient wisdom. These tools can be utilised to impact your own transformation, which will flow over into your family, community and work life. You will emerge with clarity, clear direction, ready to birth the New you into the new world. You already know that there is a bigger purpose in your life, you may even feel that you’ve been preparing for this moment all your life - only now, you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnect but right now you feel as if you’re in a hot mess…. Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you have booked a session and need to cancel or reschedule there is no fee, as long as you have cancelled in writing at least 24 hours prior to our appointment. A no-show, or cancellation in less than 24 hours will mean that the full fee will be deducted from your package. The same applies if you have booked a single hour.
