Full Moon E-motions Session

E-motion Sessions is a monthly online circle for women, which interweaves meditation, free-form movement or dance and sacred feminine embodiment practice.  

This sacred feminine practice assists with stress relief and offers a re-boot for a fatigue and an overwhelmed mind and body. Ultimately aligning us with our authentic feminine core for clarity. 

For centuries women have gathered in circle under the Light of the moon, dancing, singing, praying, celebrating, lamenting, sharing ritual together to access the wisdom of the body and stillness of mind. In our modern times,  we get creative, from the comfort of your lounge - we still have the moon and we have Zoom. 

This practice offers you the space to move into deep connection with self, opening to witnessing and expressing the feelings within and Express it through intuitive, free form Motion. 

Many of my students who struggle to visualise or access stillness during seated meditation gain great clarity and meditational benefits from this practice.

This auspicious Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus/Scorpio, brings to a close a transformational Eclipse cycle that began at the end of 2021.
