Heal The Feminine Wound Workshop

The 8 core wounds of the feminine influences who you become, how you live and what you bring into your relationships with partners, children, at work and within yourself.

Some of the signs that you may have deeper work to do are feelings of worthlessness, a lack of safety & trust, lacking clear vision for your life, persistent feelings of not being good enough, repeating a pattern of conflict with women, denying your emotions, and feeling separate from the world around you.

What we needed as children was a guidance to know who we are as the sacred feminine, and what we are made of, through unconditional love. These rites of passage was lost to our mothers, so they couldn’t pass it on.

We are here now - to reclaim and receive it.

This workshop is about beginning (or continuing) a reunion with your inner most sacred self. It’s about connecting with the ancestral feminine and masculine and experiencing the profound relationship and effects this can ripple into your life now.

Healing these core wounds requires commitment, courage and deep love.

Daring to enter the cave of the wound, is where we will find the treasure. When we harness our bravery to face the core wound, which we’ve been running away from, we will find the energy to grow and thrive, expanding our inner strength, allowing Joy in our lives and practicing more compassion.

This experiential workshop will include:

• Understanding the depth and impact of the feminine wound;
• Opportunities for enquiry and exploration in your own capacity;
• Emotional processing through various sacred feminine practices;
• Body based healing;
• The opportunity to be witnessed - if it resonates, you can chose to share your story and be seen, heard and acknowledged;
• Sacred feminine rituals supporting your emergence;
• Healing power of safe and loving touch;
• Clarity on the next steps forward in your life, to integrate what you’ve uncovered and to return to wholeness.

We will be utilising a holistic approach incorporating cognitive understanding, emotional and physical release and spiritual integration. Working together in small intimate groups, we will experience the magic which is innate to women’s circles.

The workshop will include elements of family constellations, body based release, ritual, written and spoken expression, visualisation, connection with nature, creative exercises, and sharing.

It will require the courage and willingness to be vulnerable and ultimately surrender to your true self. When we step outside our comfort-zone, this is where the transformative break-through happens.

This workshop is open to all who have done personal and spiritual development before, the work is designed to meet you on the level of awareness that you are at. We return to the same lessons on a spiral, each time we return, we access a new level of perception, higher conscious understanding and deeper healing.

This 2 day Heal the Feminine Wound Workshop will be held in McGregor, Cape Town, and the dates are the 10 -11 September 2022.

The maximum group capacity is 10 participants, to ensure that you have a deep and intimate healing experience.

The investment for participation is R 1800,00, this includes the highest standards of therapeutic facilitation and support, a workbook, refreshments and two light lunches. It does not include travel, accommodation or breakfast and dinner.

A non-refundable deposit of R 1000,00 is required to secure your place with the balance of R800 paid before the commencement of the workshop. (If you are able to pay in full at point of booking, we would appreciate this)
