As a certified Counselor, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and how to do it anchored in sacred feminine resilience. I believe that you have the courage not just to survive, but to truly thrive.

My name is of Hellenic origin meaning “freedom or liberty”. The process of liberating your mindset, heartscape and reclaiming your authentic self is the heroine’s journey which I facilitate.

When you book your private session or participate in my personal or professional training programs, you will develop the tools and confidence to take intuitive action . My way of coaching is to empower you in becoming the Leader you want to be.

You are unique and so your transformational journey needs to be too. I don’t follow a template, or ‘one size fits all’. We start where you are & we work towards your vision.
